The medical discount programs of USA Healthcare Savings are NOT health insurance or a health insurance policy, but provide discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. The range of discounts for medical or other services will vary depending on the type of provider and the medical or other services received. The USA Healthcare Savings discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with The Capella Group, Inc. USA Healthcare Savings makes available, before purchase and upon request, a list of providers, including the provider’s name, city and specialty. The Capella Group, Inc. is the operator of the USA Healthcare Savings medical discount programs, with its corporate offices located at 4929 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX 75063. Note: The programs may not be available in all states and may vary in some states. Prescription drug discounts are available only at participating pharmacies.

Refund Policy:

Members who cancel during the first 30 days of membership by notifying USA Healthcare Savings in writing and returning their ID cards will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues. Any application/processing fee is not refundable (except in states where prohibited). Members may cancel after the first 30 days, and, in states where required, will receive a pro-rata reimbursement of all periodic charges.
