Important Information About the Program:

The medical discount components of the USA Healthcare Savings program are NOT health insurance or a health insurance policy, but provide discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services will vary depending on the type of provider and the medical or ancillary services received. The USA Healthcare Savings discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the program. USA Healthcare Savings makes available, before purchase and upon request, a list of providers, including the provider’s name, city and specialty. Equal or lower prices may be available through individual negotiations. The Capella Group, Inc. is the operator of the USA Healthcare Savings medical discount program, with its corporate offices located at 4929 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX 75063. Note: The program may not be available in all states and may vary in some states.  Prescription drug discounts are available only at participating pharmacies.

Refund Policy:

Members who cancel during the first 30 days of membership by notifying USA Healthcare Savings in writing and returning their ID cards will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues.  Any application/processing fee is not refundable (except in Arkansas and Tennessee).  Members may cancel after the first 30 days, and, in states where required, will receive a pro-rata reimbursement of all periodic charges.
